Triple Agonist

A single molecule activating three receptors.

A triple agonist is a unimolecular peptide engineered to activate three receptors at once - for example GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon (GCGR) receptors. The single-molecule, multi-receptor design is studied for its combined receptor-signaling kinetics.
