Lyophilized
Freeze-dried to a stable solid.
Lyophilization (freeze-drying) removes water from a frozen peptide solution under vacuum, leaving a dry, stable powder or cake. Lyophilized peptides have longer shelf stability than reconstituted solutions and are the standard supplied form.
